VERLOT — Search and rescue crews on Saturday night were looking for a hiker missing on Mount Pilchuck.
The man, 30, was last seen on the summit around 2 p.m., Snohomish County sheriff’s Lt. Rodney Rochon said. He was going to go down the back side.
The man went hiking with three other people who made it down safely. They called for help at 8:15 p.m., Rochon said.
“We are sending ground teams and trying to get a helicopter up there,” Rochon said late Saturday.
