SEATTLE — A Seattle police officer has a sore neck and hand after a collision early todday on his way to work.
The officer was treated at the Capitol Hill scene by fire department paramedics and evaluated at a hospital and released.
Police say the 21-year-old driver who suddenly turned in front of the officer’s car was jailed for investigation of drunken driving.
The fire department also responded to a bus fire early today in downtown Seattle where tires loudly popped. No one was injured.
