SEATTLE — Seattle police say a uniformed security guard has shot and seriously wounded an armed man in the parking lot of a business in the city’s Central District.
Detective Jeff Kappel said the shooting happened about 7 p.m. Tuesday. The wounded man was taken to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Police said two men were arguing when the guard approached and asked one man to leave. Kappel said that man pulled out a gun and the guard shot him.
