A storm wreaked havoc all over the county. Winds tugged the guy wires on Piston Service at 2930 Rucker Ave. causing the facade to fall off the building. At Mark Hunter’s Mission Beach home, the porch was washed away and lumber was washed into the living room. There were power outages all over due to fallen trees.
The Herald Carriers of the Month were Tim Jarrad for North County and Shane Lundquist for South County. Tim had never received a service complaint. Shane did an excellent all-around job.
