The announcement of a new location for The Herald was made this morning by Robert Best, publisher. The state agreed to give the county $160,000 to aid construction of the pedestrian overpass at Picnic Point Park. The overpass would be dedicated next month as a memorial to Robert Vander Linden, who was accidentally killed at the site.
