MONROE — Memorial services and fundraisers continue for the three men killed Aug. 1 in the deadliest traffic accident in Snohomish County in four years.
The crash occurred about 2 a.m. on Highway 522 south of Monroe. Christopher Anderson, 26; Brian Morgan, 23; and Steven Torres, 34, were killed.
A memorial service for Torres is scheduled for today at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Funeral Home. A fundraiser to help his daughter is planned for Sunday at Shotze’s Rack and Roll, Raimee Torres said.
A service is scheduled for Morgan at 10 a.m. Monday at Bonney-Watson Washington Memorial, 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac.
Family and friends of Anderson are planning a celebration of his life for Aug. 15.
The Washington State Patrol said the crash remains under investigation.
