ShopGirls team nabs Safety Award at Eco-marathon

The Granite Falls High School ShopGirls team competed alongside more than 1,200 students from across North and South America at the Shell Eco-marathon Americas Competition, held April 27-30 in Detroit. The competition challenges students to design, build, test and drive ultra-energy efficient vehicles. The ShopGirls took home the Safety Award.
