MUKILTEO — A 36-year-old Shoreline man was being held on $100,000 bail Monday after a stabbing in Mukilteo the day before.
The incident was reported at 2:48 a.m. Sunday in the 12300 block of Harbour Pointe Boulevard, according to Mukilteo police.
Investigators believe the violence started during an argument between the suspect and the victim, a 32-year-old Bellingham man.
The men were at a child’s birthday party at the time. The suspect ran but was found by police a within a few hours.
The suspect was being held for investigation of first-degree assault. There was no update provided Monday on the victim’s condition.
