The eastbound right shoulder lane across the U.S. 2 trestle will be closed to drivers during the afternoon commute today and possibly Tuesday.
The right shoulder is normally open from 3 to 7 p.m. weekdays to ease the eastbound commute across the trestle. A crane is being placed in the lane to clear logs from underneath the trestle’s support columns. The logs came down the Snohomish River during the weekend’s heavy rains.
