Dana Floyd, 16, sister of Ellen Floyd, who died in a drunken-driving crash in 2010, unveils a sign Wednesday urging people to not drink and drive. The sign is posted at the end of 300th Street NW and Old Highway 99, north of Stanwood. Among the 20 people who attended the unveiling were Ellen Floyd’s mother, Leanne Floyd, and Jan Schemenauer with the Snohomish County DUI Victims Panel. The driver was convicted of vehicular homicide.
