SILVANA — A fire destroyed a mobile home here Sunday afternoon, though two adults who were inside escaped unhurt, Silvana firefighters said.
Crews rushed to the 24200 block of 4th Avenue NW around 3:30 p.m. to find a room in the double-wide mobile home engulfed in flames, Silvana Fire Chief Keith Strotz said. They spent about an hour extinguishing the blaze.
Firefighters from the North County Regional Fire Authority assisted, as did crews from the Arlington, Arlington rural Oso departments.
The cause was under investigation by the Snohomish County fire marshal.
