VANCOUVER, Wash. — A small earthquake rattled southwest Washington.
The U.S. Geological Service reports the 2.8-magnitude quake struck at 8:16 a.m. Thursday in Clark County.
There have been no reports of injuries or damage.
People visiting the USGS website reported feeling the quake across the Columbia River in Portland, Oregon, and its suburbs.
