SEATTLE — The National Weather Service forecasts some of the warmest temperatures of the year so far for Mother’s Day weekend in Washington.
Forecasters expect highs in the 70s and 80s in the Puget Sound lowlands. The warm, sunny weather should last through Monday in Western Washington.
In Eastern Washington, forecasters say low temperatures could dip below freezing Friday morning before the warming trend arrives. Tuesday will have the potential for the warmest day of the year so far in Eastern Washington with highs in the 80s and a few 90s.
