SPOKANE — A 46-year-old Spokane man with a history of 16 felony convictions and six trips to state prison is headed to federal prison this time.
Eddie Ray Hall was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Spokane to 16 years.
The Spokesman-Review reports he pleaded guilty in February to a methamphetamine charge.
Hall says he hopes to get help for post-traumatic stress disorder coming from a 1987 burglary in which he was shot.
