SPOKANE — A Spokane police detective is on paid leave after being charged with obstructing a state Fish and Wildlife officer.
The Spokesman-Review reported Jeff Harvey was arrested Jan. 22 in a confrontation with the wildlife officer.
The wildlife officer saw him pick up three teens suspected of shooting three ducks after legal hunting hours expired. But the wildlife officer said Harvey refused to let him question the teens.
