LYNNWOOD — An electrical fire quickly met its end at a Lynnwood hotel Tuesday night.
The fire was reported about 9:45 p.m. at the Residence Inn at 18200 Alderwood Mall Parkway, officials said. The fire appeared to have started in an electrical outlet and spread to a couch. It was contained to a room on the second floor, partly due to fire sprinklers.
No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at up to $25,000, mostly to the contents of the room.
