OLYMPIA — The Washington State Patrol says the driver in a fatal crash early Thursday in Olympia was impaired.
Trooper Guy Gill told The Olympian the driver admitted to drinking, and smoking meth and marijuana.
The 20-year-old Olympia man is jail for investigation of vehicular homicide.
His car hit a tree about 12:30 a.m., killing his passenger, a 21-year-old Olympia man.
