SEATTLE — Seattle Police say they have arrested a suspect in the stabbing death of a 31-year-old woman on New Year’s Eve.
Shannon Harps, an organizer with the Sierra Club, was killed outside her apartment building on Capitol Hill.
Police scheduled a 4 p.m. news conference to discuss the arrest.
