LYNNWOOD — Police in Lynnwood are asking for help in finding a man suspected of robbing and stabbing an Edmonds Community College student on campus last month.
Police on Friday released a sketch of the suspect. He is described as in his late teens or early 20s, black, and with a thin to medium build, Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said. The suspect was about 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-11, with a shaved head or similarly short haircut. He was wearing a blue and white plaid jacket.
The victim, a 22-year-old EdCC student, was stabbed and robbed about 9:30 a.m. May 31 in Alderwood Hall on campus. He was checked over at a hospital but was not seriously injured.
