MONROE – A serious collision involving a tanker truck is blocking U.S. 2 at Old Owen Road in both directions.
The accident happened about 12:30 p.m. today, according to the Washington State Patrol. All lanes remained blocked as of 2:20 this afternoon. Medics and transportation workers are on scene.
No detour is in place, and drivers should expect delays or take another route.
