Teen died from Yakima gang shooting

YAKIMA, Wash. — The 15-year-old who was fatally wounded in a gang shooting in Yakima is the 11th homicide victim this year in Yakima County.

Police say the teen was hit in the head Wednesday night in a gang shooting. He died Saturday at a Seattle hospital.

He had been riding in a car that sped away from a confrontation. Another passenger was wounded in the arm when the rear window was shot out.
