EVERETT — Community Transit buses will not operate on Christmas and New Year’s days. The agency’s customer service phone line also will be closed those days.
The agency will provide regular local bus service and reduced commuter bus service on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, with reduced customer service hours those days.
On Dec. 24 and 31, local buses will be on a regular schedule, including routes to Boeing. Routes 402, 413 and 421 will be the only commuter routes serving downtown Seattle those days, while Route 855 will be the only commuter route serving Seattle’s University District.
On those days, customer service phone lines will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The RideStore, Community Transit’s service center at the Lynnwood park-and-ride lot, will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 24 and 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 31.
Sound Transit buses between Snohomish County and King County will operate on regular weekday schedules Dec. 24 and 31. Sound Transit buses will be on their Sunday schedule on Christmas and New Year’s Day.
