SEATTLE — The CleanScapes trash hauling company gave their bear-proof trash cans a test at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle.
Two bears were given cans with tasty and smelly treats inside. A couple of hours later the cans were scratched and dented and the bears were disappointed. They never got them open.
KING-TV reported the bear-proof cans are available to customers in Issaquah for an extra $1.50 a month.
