ISSAQUAH — A Washington State Patrol trooper was able to walk away after flipping his patrol car on an icy stretch of Interstate 90 early Monday near Issaquah.
The car ran off the freeway about 3 a.m. and rolled over on its top. The trooper was checked at a hospital as a precaution.
Trooper Julie Startup told KING-TV the 6-year veteran trooper was not hurt.
The accident was one of several on frosty roadways in freezing fog.
