PROSSER — Benton County sheriff’s officers said two Prosser men have been arrested at a house where officers found cockfights taking place.
Detective Erik Magnuson told the Tri-City Herald the men were arrested for investigation of animal fighting, a felony. They were booked into the Benton County Jail.
Magnuson said deputies responded to a report of possible animal cruelty last Thursday.
