Two local WWU students win scholarships

Western Washington University awarded student Josette Wicker, a 2015 graduate of Marysville Getchell High School, the $1,000 WWU Associated Students Diversity Scholarship; and Murray Pendergrass, a 2011 Everett High School grad, received the $500 Elias Austin Bond Graduate Fellowship in Mathematics.
