EDMONDS – Two men were arrested today in connection with a bank robbery Thursday at the Bank of America in the Top Food and Drug on Highway 99, officials said.
A man went into the bank around 3:30 p.m. and gave the teller a note demanding money, Edmonds police Sgt. Don Anderson said.
The man ran off with some cash and police caught up with him and a second man today, Anderson said.
Both men were turned over to the FBI in Seattle. One is believed to be connected to several Puget Sound-area robberies.
