MILL CREEK — Two teens were shot and hospitalized after a fight Sunday night.
The shooting in the 4300 block of 148th Street Southeast was reported to 911 around 8 p.m. Deputies with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office found a 17-year-old boy and 18-year-old man with gunshot wounds and the suspects had left, the Sheriff’s Office said.
A verbal dispute in the parking lot preceded the gunshots. The teens were inside a vehicle when two males, whose ages weren’t immediately known, approached and began an altercation before firing at the teenagers.
The 18 year old had injuries to his arm and abdomen and was taken to Harborview Medical Center. The 17 year old had injuries to his chest and was hospitalized at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
