Despite dozens of road closures around the county some major roadways have reopened, including Stevens Pass.
U.S. 2 at Stevens Pass reopened just before 4 p.m. today. Avalanches and flooding closed the highway for two days. U.S. 2 is now the only east-west route open across the state.
Highway 530 at the Lincoln Bridge just outside of Arlington also was reopened this afternoon.
Highway 9 at Snohomish remained closed due to Snohomish River flooding.
