All the semi-trucks parked along U.S. 2 can finally get moving.
The road, closed since 10 a.m. today, had reopened by 5:20 p.m., state officials said. It was packed with trucks that had hoped to use it as a detour around Snoqualmie Pass, which remains closed because of snow.
More snow is coming, so state officials encourage drivers to keep tabs on the passes at www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes.
