SEATTLE — The University of Washington is getting about $8 million in federal money to study how multiple air pollutants affect people’s health.
The award announced Monday by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is part of $32 million given nationally to four research centers.
The EPA says the research will focus on understanding the health risks associated with exposure to multiple air pollutants.
