MARYSVILLE — A fire caused up to $100,000 in damage to a barn in the Marysville area on Wednesday night.
The fire was reported about 7:30 p.m. in the 16100 block of 11th Avenue NE, said Bob Magee, a battalion chief with the Marysville Fire District.
Crews arrived to find a large cedar barn in flames, he said. Some vehicles and farm equipment in the barn were heavily damaged.
No animals were in the barn, and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
Crews also responded from Arlington, North County and Silvana.
