Edmonds: Picnic Point Elementary School, 9:30 a.m. today, 5819 140th St. SW, Edmonds, in the Mukilteo School District, offers a musical production, “My Country” to honor veterans.
Everett: 9 a.m. today, Whittier Elementary School, 916 Oakes Ave., Everett. Veterans Wall of students’ relatives who are veterans. Songs, speaker.
Everett: 10 a.m. Thursday, Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, 1615 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett.
Everett: 11 a.m. Thursday, eternal flame burning outside the Snohomish County Courthouse, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Snohomish County Central Memorial Committee. Submarine Veterans of World War II will be in attendance. Luncheon follows, Fleet Reserve No. 170, 6802 Beverly Blvd., Everett, $4.
Everett: Veterans Appreciation Dinner, 6 p.m. Monday, Everett Elk’s Lodge, 2731 Rucker Ave., Everett. $10, free for veterans with discharge papers. Guest speaker, reflections, Al Greso’s famous Cajun meatloaf.
Granite Falls: parade, 11 a.m. Thursday, down Stanley and Granite Avenues.
Lynnwood: 11 a.m. Thursday, Veterans Park, 194th Street SW and 44th Ave. W. Color guard, speakers, bagpipes, buglers.
Mill Creek: 9:10 a.m. today, Jackson High School, 1508 136th St. SE, Mill Creek.
Mill Creek: Snohomish County Music Teacher’s Association Veterans Day Program, 1 p.m. Thursday, Merrill Gardens at Mill Creek, 14905 Bothell-Everett Highway, Mill Creek. Reading from Ken Burns’ Civil War series. Resident veterans share their experiences.
Mukilteo: Endeavour Elementary School, 9 a.m. today, 12300 Harbour Pointe Blvd, Mukilteo. Program celebrates veterans, with Everett Library historian David Dilgard, Scout color guards.
Seattle: 55th annual Veterans Day Service, 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery, 11111 Aurora Ave. N., Seattle.
Snohomish: 9 a.m. today, Cascade View Elementary School, 2401 Park Ave., Snohomish. Salute to Veterans. They invite all the veteran parents, grandparents and friends as honored guests.
