HOQUIAM — Washington Fish and Wildlife Director Phil Anderson says the department could use a little help at the Humptulips fish hatchery as it deals with budget cuts.
KBKW reported Anderson told about 20 fishermen, guides and concerned citizens at a meeting Wednesday night in Hoquiam that volunteers could be used to gather brood stock.
