A Lynnwood Walk and Talk event to discuss planned changes near a future light rail station is planned for 10 a.m. to noon April 2. The event starts and stops at Verdant Health Commission, 4710 196th St. SW.
The walking tour will stop at seven locations to discuss future plans for the neighborhood, including the Sound Transit station, economic development, faster bus service, and an update to the city’s Trail Master Plan. Learn how walking will play an important role in plans. A light reception follows with a presentation and opportunity to give feedback.
The event is free, but registration is requested since space is limited. Register at tinyurl.com/jkmjy3p. Learn more at www.feetfirst.org.
