SEATTLE — The Puget Sound region has decreased its water use by 10 percent over the past two week. The cities of Everett, Seattle and Tacoma say their cities have met their voluntary water use goals.
Government officials ask residents to continue making an effort to reduce their water use. They suggest limiting lawn and plant watering, reducing shower time, fixing leaks and washing only full loads of laundry and dishes.
