EVERETT — People are invited to share ideas about Snohomish County’s 20-year growth plan at a meeting scheduled Tuesday to kick off a series of meetings about the land-use plan, which is scheduled for adoption in 2015.
The review includes three alternatives for distributing population and employment growth.
The meeting is scheduled 6 to 8 p.m. at the Northwest Stream Center in McCollum Park, 600 128th Street SE, Everett.
Land-use maps will be provided and county staff on hand to answer questions.
The plan must undergo environmental review, pass the Planning Commission and pass the County Council before being adopted.
Public comment is accepted during each phase.
