Arlington: Frontier Days Fourth of July: Pancake breakfast, 7 to 10 a.m. Haller Park, 1100 West Ave.; Pedal, Paddle, Puff Triathlon, 8 a.m. Haller Park; Kiwanis auction, noon Haller Park; grand parade, 5 p.m. French Avenue; Stilly Duck Dash, 7:30 p.m. Haller Park; Fireworks, 9 p.m. Boys &Girls Club, 18513 59th Ave. NE.
Bothell: Freedom Festival, Patriot Dance, 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Park at Bothell Landing, 9919 NE 180th St.; Wednesday activities include pancake breakfast, 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.; a children’s parade, 11:15 a.m. (line up for children’s parade at noon, 104th Avenue NE and Main Street, proceeds west from there); live music at 1:30 p.m. at the Park at Bothell Landing, re-enactment of the Battle of Concord, 2 p.m. at the Park at Bothell Landing; inflatable amusement rides for kids, 1 to 3 p.m.
Edmonds: An Edmonds Kind of Fourth, children’s parade starts between 11 and 11:30 a.m. Fifth Avenue and Howell; grand parade at noon, starting at Seventh Avenue between Glen and Daley. Fire department water ball competition at 2 p.m., live music and entertainment at 7:30 p.m., and fireworks at approximately 9 p.m.
Everett:
Lynnwood: Star-Spangled Celebration, family events and fireworks, 7 to 10:35 p.m., Lynnwood Athletic Complex, 3001 184th St. SW.
Monroe: Demolition derby and fireworks show, Hornets, ST8, School Bus Figure 8, rollover, boat racing, school bus jump and fireworks, Evergreen Speedway, 14405 179th Ave. SE, Monroe.
Stanwood: Fourth of July parade at 11 a.m. and ice cream social from noon to 2 p.m. at D.O. Pearson House Museum, 27112 102nd Ave. NW, followed by prize ceremony, kids’ games, live music and a fireworks display at Heritage Park, 9600 276th St.
