EVERETT — Voter turnout in the Aug. 6 primary election for Snohomish County was below the statewide average.
Ballots were returned by about 28.5% of voters, according to statistics compiled by the Secretary of State’s Office. In Snohomish County, it was 24.3%. Which raises the question: Why didn’t you vote?
