LYNNWOOD — Police on Friday arrested a man who witnesses said appeared to be aiming a gun at drivers in the area of I-5 and 44th Avenue W. in Lynnwood.
The 911 calls started just after 2 p.m., Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said.
It wasn’t immediately clear if the man actually had a gun. No gun had been found as of late afternoon, Sessions said.
The man, 29, was taken to the city jail for investigation of unlawful display of a weapon.
The investigation was ongoing.
