BELLINGHAM — Authorities are looking for two men who sexually assaulted a woman at a Bellingham park.
The Bellingham Herald reported that the woman told police she was assaulted in Maritime Heritage Park on Tuesday.
Police Sgt. Mike Scnalon says the woman reported that she had stopped to talk and share cigarettes with one of the suspects before she was shoved to the ground and sexually assaulted by both men.
Police say the woman was taken to a hospital, where she underwent a sexual assault exam.
The case remains under investigation.
