LAKE STEVENS — A 37-year-old woman was shot in the leg Tuesday morning during an apparent robbery, according to police.
The incident was reported about 6:30 a.m. in a home along 107th Avenue SE, just south of Lake Stevens.
The victim and other witnesses did not provide a description of the suspects, who wore masks, Snohomish County sheriff’s spokeswoman Shari Ireton said.
The injured woman was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
