BELLEVUE. — A driver that took the wrong ramp into oncoming traffic on Interstate 90 at Bellevue didn’t get far.
His car struck a truck that was picking up barrels about 2 a.m. today at a road construction project.

Washington State Patrol Trooper J.P. McAuliffe said the man said, “I think I had too much to drink.”
