LOS ANGELES — A publicist says Zsa Zsa Gabor is having surgery this morning to replace the hip she broke over the weekend when she fell out of bed in her Bel Air home.
Publicist John Blanchette said the 93-year-old actress will undergo the procedure at Ronald Reagan UCLA medical center.
Blanchette says Gabor was watching television in her Bel Air home Saturday night when she reached to answer the phone and tumbled to the floor.
She was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where she spent the day Sunday with husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt and other family members.
The actress is partially paralyzed from a 2002 car accident, which required her to use a wheelchair. She also reportedly had a stroke in 2005.
