Senators, Obama sold citizens out

On Dec. 13, two amendments were voted on by the Senate. One, by a Democrat senator, for continuing to import drugs from Canada and Europe. The European countries have been controlling safety for 20 years!

The second amendment, by the Republicans, would have allowed all importation of drugs from Canada and Europe if approved by the FDA.

Both of our local senators, Murray and Cantwell, voted no on both amendments to the bill!

We voted these two senators into office but they forgot about us! We needed one of those amendments to keep drug costs down and seniors out of the doughnut hole!

Sens. Cantwell and Murray voted with the drug companies. We might be old, but not forgetful.

Next election we will remember and vote them out.

Our President Obama made a deal with the drug people to stop all drug imports if they would back his bill. What do you think of that?
