To the person who dropped off the severely malnourished dog at Lake Roesiger: Shame on you.
Shame on you for treating a poor, defenseless animal so badly that his bones are calcified due to lack of nutrition and his liver is barely functioning.
Shame on you for taking advantage of a live creature that only wants your love and attention in return for his.
Shame on you (and anyone who knew you were treating this beautiful dog so badly) for not doing anything to help it.
Fortunately, a wonderful young man found the dog and took it to a vet (at the cost of $500) and is doing everything he can to let the pup know he is loved and cared for and wants him to survive.
I hope when it comes time to meet your maker and you are asked what your greatest achievement was and you say what you did to this living creature you get your opportunity to feel and be treated the same way.
