Evidently Richard S. Davis doesn’t read your newspaper. His June 6 column, “Property tax relief is usually just a tax shift in disguise,” states in the fifth paragraphthat “all real property is taxed uniformly. We don’t have separate rules for various classes of property.”
He evidently didn’t read in The Herald that land property areas in downtown Everett are tax-free for 10 years, courtesy of our City Council!
