Sound Transit proposes yet another ballot measure. I am a regular rider of their express buses, yet I intend to vote against any such measure.
Many days, my bus pulls into the Bellevue Transit Center just in time for me to watch my connecting bus pull out, leaving me with a full half hour to wait for a connection. An agency that is so inept at scheduling its buses is no place to send another $10 billion, whatever grand projects it proposes.
