I am appalled at the action of bail bond agent Nathan Hingson. He discharged his weapon in a public place at an unarmed female wanted on misdemenors. This action goes against everything I have ever been taught or have taught about the use of deadly force in my 23 years in the military. The only danger he was exposed to was instigated by himself when he punched his fist through the window of the pickup truck.
He needs to be charged for his actions that put the public at risk. We need to send a message to these “trained” bounty hunters that if they cannot do their job without endangering the law-abiding public, they need to find a new line of work.
