I agree whole-heartedly with the Dec. 4 letter headlined, “Why are we helping immigrants?” and I know many, many people who do also. This is outrageous and it should not be happening. It is a pretty sad day when an immigrant, who is probably illegal anyway, gets treated better than an American citizen that was born here and has paid their fair share of everything to society.
My heart goes out to any American-born citizen who has to pay too much for health care. If an immigrant is illegal and isn’t voting then he has no right to complain about paying $20 a month for his/her prescriptions.
